If this law was in force when I started, (Nine years ago), I wouldn't have made it. Just loosing my Best friend, like a sister for 23 years, I needed to get out and meet people! When starting a business like this, you need to start when you are excited. Other people are attracted to your enthusiasm and want to be a part of what you are doing. To wait Seven days slows down you momentum! That person will get frustrated and give up too fast! If they'd only been able to start right away they would have been excited, gotten everyone else they come in contact with excited and been a very successful business person! There are some things in life that weren't ment to have a waiting period! In order to be successful, you need to motivate when you are motivated! You need to meet the people when you are excited about what you do! Live your dream by working your dream! This is AMERICA! Land of the HOME, the FREE and the BRAVE! If you put the Notice of proposed rulemaking into effect, you will loose so many business people that want to make this country great. We fight for what we believe in and we stand tall against those that want to harm us!!!
