Business Opportunity Rule R511993 is cumbersome and oppressive. Direct Sellers are a very small business, mostly individuals on their own. This rule will limit our ability to conduct our legitimate businesses. I heartily oppose this ruling. How can we be more fraudulent with our $10-40 products than someone at a supermarket selling poisonous products who doesn't have a clue of what's in the products. Or selling a vacuum cleaner from a direct salesperson versus clerk in a store??? It sounds like someone at Home Depot selling a $1000 refrigerator or a used or new car salesperson selling a $15000 car can't dupe a customer but someone selling a $15 bottle of pure unulderated lemon oil (which is used in Europe to disinfect hospitals) needs far more scrunity and paperwork. Amazing!!!!
