I am opposed to the two new proposed regulations regarding waiting periods for new sponsored consultants and the references provision. PartyLite is a worldwide, public company and provides more than enough literature, training and information to potential new consultants through our already existing consultants, website and prospectus. This process is both unnecessary and more of a violation of the privacy of those ten individauls called upon to provide information about the Company.
