I believe that enactment of this rule would place a serious and undue burden upon our industry, and would unnecessarily complicate the process of sponsoring people into our business. The FTC already imposes regulations on business that are very expensive to comply with, creating additional hardships and costs to businesses that conduct themselves honorably within the marketplace. We do NOT need more regulation; in fact the opposite is true: we need LESS regulation in the marketplace.
