I feel this would hinder my business. in many instances time is of the essence due to contests or rewards available to new consultants joining my business. Putting these time restraints on this may affect the way my business is run. As to the need for references in writing provided to these people, that would be very time consuming the information that we already share with these potential new consultants shareing of information and stories is already there. Please consider this as you make your decision.
