Please consider modifying the proposed regulations to be more practical for legitimate companies like ours. The proposed regulations are a seven day waiting period and ten required references. One of the joys of being Partylite consultant and a significant selling point is being able to start making money right away. These two proposed regulations severely limit my ability to grow my business. Perhaps allowing the individual to waive their right to the seven day waiting and 10 required references would be an easy solution. Please don't limit legitimate businesses like ours.
