Comments:
We, consultants and our company PartyLite, are committed to the integrity in business practice. In as much as those who do not should be penalized, while we do not, we feel this ruling would severly impair the success of our operating as self-employed independent consultants. If we as consultants ever neglect to operate with integrity while placing the customer first, Partylite would immediately stop us from representing them. We have our own business practice in place and I am opposed to this "blanket" ruling that will impair those of who are innocent or wrong doing.
