I will support ANY rule which successfully targets FRAUDULENT MLM or Network Marketing 'companies.' However, this rule will cripple the legitimate organizations, such as Xango. The cost to join Xango is $35. All other investment is in Xango product, which is completely 100% money back guaranteed. With so much assistance going to stimulate 'Big Business', it is inconceivable that you would try to cripple 'individual business' like this. Do you really think the fly-by-night companies will be the ones adhering to the proposed regulations? No! Only the honest, above-board corporations with long-term ethical success goals will comply. Many of the worst companies go out of business before they ever come to your attention. Please recognize these changes for what they are; impairing, hindering and damaging only to honest network marketers. I have put my national medical reputation on the line for Xango and for the potential benefits of the mangosteen. I am adhering to my professional oath when I spread the message of the mangosteen. And at the same time, I have the ability to spread an amazing business opportunity to those who didn't have 20 years to dedicate to becoming a doctor. Please reconsider your proposed action. While something may need to be done to target fraudulant companies, bringing an entire business sector to its knees in this fashion will not only fail to reach your goal, but damage hundreds of thousands of honest business people in the process. I've invested my life in Xango. Please do not take away the ability of my organization to reap the honest reward of our hard work.
