Dear Sir or madam, I am writing because I am concerned about the proposed business opportunity rule R511993, that if this is adopted in its present form, my livelyhood as a Synergy distributor will be greatly undermined. I don't think we as Free american citizens need any more regulation than we already have in this country. The public is not well served by the over regulation of an industry that is causing no harm and more than adequately policies itself by remedying any and all complaints by members of the public. A seven day waiting period is truely unfair & unrealistic. People buy much more costly items like cars, TV's etc. Should they not also be required to wait 7 days before they buy or sell those items ? What would happen to the Auto indusrty if this was mandated ? My life & the lives of other's has been enriched by good companies like Synergy worldwide & it is totally wrong to try to over regulate this industry.
