Notice of Proposed Rulemaking Business Opportunity Rule 16 CFR Part 437 April 12, 2006 This "notice" or "rule" MUST be cast out, turned down, and forever eliminated from coming forth ever again in any form whatsoever. 1) This would be 100% against fair business. Any business. 2) Network Marketing businesses, on the whole, are the best businesses in our country AND support our country as well as our corrupt politicians and government agencies. 3) The fraudulent government is a fraud so how can "it" rule on fraud. You have no right to "tell" or "rule" We The People. We tell you, you do not "tell" us. 4) WHERE IN THE CONSTITUTION AND/OR BILL OF RIGHTS DOES IT GIVE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, A FOREIGN CORPORATION TO THE EXISTING 50 UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, THE RIGHT, ANY RIGHT TO DO ANYTHING BEYOND WHAT WAS SET FORTH OVER 225 YEARS AGO? WHERE? 5) Any politician or government agency supporting this "rule" should IMMEDIATELY be "deported" from this country and "shipped" to any Socialistic/Communistic country of their choice.
