Your proposed Business Opportunity Rule should be called the ''Wet Blanket Rule" or "Dampens Enthusiasm Rule". IT would be a far more reasonable proposal if the FTC's rule exempted all business Opportunities costing less than $500. Sometimes you folks can create the sticky molasses of free enterprise.
