Changes to the way Party Plan sellers and Direct Selling companies sell and bring in new people can be challenging as it is right now. To make it any more challenging or suggest we start showing people who quit the business can be VERY misleading. Many people start with the anticipation that they want to see how THEY can make it work. To tell others that XYZ amount of people quit is SO NEGATIVE. I see you don't ask that we show them how many MAKE IT in these businesses! Just like the Do Not Call law, it seems that the only thing government is able to do is put road blocks in the way of entrpreneurs! SO many people make their Full Time living as a Direct Seller! Now, in scanning the PDF attached to this form, I don't see anything in particular about Direct Sellers; mainly franchises. So, IF I have been misinformed, just ignore this message. However, if this bill is also for Direct Sellers, PLEASE reconsider or revise so as to not impede on, especially, Mary Kay Cosmetics, Inc. good name.
