As a PartyLite Consultant for six years I would like to comment on the proposed regulation on business opportunities. Through PartyLite I am able to contribute to the financial needs of my family while working from home. The proposed seven-day waiting period would affect us by shedding a negative light on our business and create many record keeping challenges. PartyLite is a great company that protects our privacy. The references proposal would negatively impact their ability to protect our privacy. I appreciate the FTC goals in supporting consumers like myself, but the proposed regulations would negatively impact my business.
