Please consult with ethical industry leaders and experienced MLM distributors before enacting any excessively restrictive legislation. There should be protection from the MLM scams that are out there, but don’t penalize those of us working legitimate businesses in doing so. All business is networking to some degree. Just let the government protect the public from the blatant scams and stay out of everything else. Learn to differentiate between what types of companies and plans have consistently hurt people and what allows people to determine their own success or failure. Network marketing is tough enough without having to deal with excessive and unnecessary government regulations. Keep government small and freedom BIG. Thank you!
