Once again, the governmental agencies are assuming that the American public is too ignorant to investigate companies and make an intelligent choice on their own. Granted, there are companies out there that take advantage and misrepresent themselves to the consumer. Instead of punishing the legitimate companies, why not just prosecute the companies that cause the harm and allow the rest to go about their business creating an income stream for hardworking Americans? I am against your rule and go on record asking you to not to implement it. Thank you for this opportunity to express my opinion! Bob Erickson
