Re this proposal..... Yet another opportunity arises to necessitate additional compliance for the small business person. Most of us are already overburdened since we are doing network marketing as a supplement to our current jobs because of the need for additional income (I happen to have been born and raised in an area where the taxes are overwhelming and a move is impractical). As an owner of a small and struggling business, I already have to deal with an enormous amount of paperwork, and even the mere thought of having to keep track of more things would cause me to have second and third thoughts about an expansion of a network marketing business. It is naive to think that all network marketing companies are completely honest, but as we have been taught to always check the facts (which are so available on blogs), BUYER BEWARE. Please stop trying to protect us from ourselves because in doing that, you make the government our caretaker. Please allow us the opportunity to think and reason for ourselves. When I make a mistake it truly is CHEAP TUITION FOR A GOOD EDUCATION because life is about learning to be wise.
