I am personally objected to this proposal. It would hurt low revenue businesses and force them out of business. If you pass this proposal, you will be very sorry. This fall, we are beginning a new generation of marketing called Indiana's GiftCenter. It is a program where customers would save money on gifts and etc. Once again, this proposal will GUARANTEE every small business to go out of business because some of us have come this far to own our own business only to see this proposal discriminates against low income residents trying to live the American Dream.
