I would like to voice my opposition to the proposed regulations. The majority of the companies who belong to groups like the DSA are upstanding companies that promote being honest with potential customers and recruits and just because of a few bad people these new requirements would need to be followed is not right. The hassle of having to do provide all this information, the length of the wait and other requirements would be way more than enough to scare potential new advisors away and could have a major negative impact on our business while at the same time preventing them from joining a business that really could make a difference for them. I hope you deny the approval of these regulations.
