Please reinstate the $500 Business Opportunity Rule that was changed, # R511003. Don't make getiing into a new business more difficult than it already is. We need more small business, not less. Making it easier to buy a hand gun than it is to start up a new business does't seem like a good consumer protection to me. PLEASE REINSTATE THE OLD, MORE BUSINESS FRIENDLY RULE. Thank You!!
