I would like to express my dissapproval of the new bill you are attemting to pass. I work for a wonderful company and provide great service to children. Taking that away would be horrible for them, not for me. I don't sell Noahs Ark for me or the money, I do it for the kids. There are times I get to busy, the need to recruit new members is no different then you hiring new employees because you are to busy. By passing this law you are potentially stopping that from happening. I have worked for several home party plan companies, and I have left for various reasons. Some may be because I didn't care for the company which people have the right to know. Others have been beacause I am to busy, I had a baby, or I moved. These things look bad on the company because I left, but it for my personal reason not the companys fault. Why should that reflection be on them. On a side note, I don't want my name and phone number being put on a list mailed out to people all over the state. I thought we created the do not call list so we didn't have to be bothered with the phone? This is just like handing tellamarketers a free ride to call you. I would be willing to quit something I love doing just to keep my information private. Again that is only hurting the children. I urge you to think about what you are doing. I know there are a lot of bad companies out there that may need some regulations. There are a lot more good ones. You need to realize you are not hurting the companies, you are hurting the employees and the customers. Try to creat some guidlines for the companies that regulate them not US.
