I hope you will reconsider the restrictions being put on small business people by rule R511993. They will make it difficult for me to continue as a distributor for Young Living Oils. The 7 day waiting period will stop many people from ordering because they want to use the products immediately. The requirement for 10 references would mean disclosing private information about other people and I, for one, do not allow my name to be given out in that way. Also providing names of those who cancel is an invasion of privacy. In the past investments of less than $500 have been exempt for these rules and I hope they will remain so. Young Living requires only a $50.00 investment and that is refundable if the distributor is unhappy with the procuct. (They do receive products for that $50.00 investment). I appreciate the work of the government to protect our rights, but this time it seems that your actions are more restrictive that protective. Anna Marie Freeman
