Attached, please find a letter addressing my concerns with the proposed Business Opportunity Rule (R511993). I feel that this is a well-intentioned, but ill-concieved, piece of legislation and my letter details the reasons. This is, at its core, a gross violation of privacy and one that unfairly punishes those of us who are NOT acting in a criminal fashion. Thank you for your attention to these comments.
