I was wondering if anyone could help me. My name is Beth Seidel and I went to one of the Stores Online Seminars here in Cleveland Ohio. I bought some websites they told everyone how they could market on the internet and how they would show us how to do it. Well to this day I do not have one website up and running. At first I received phone calls and one gentleman called me to see if he could holp me out I was busy that day so I told him to give me a call back. I told him when and made sure I had nothing planned to do. He never called me back to this day. I also received calls from drop shippers that said that I could sell there products and the store front would be 39.95 and hosting would be 25.95 a month. They know I was with Stores Online and why would I pay them when stores online is taking money from me for websites with them so this would have ended up being me paying stores online and the drop shipper. Also I called the support people to see how I could get a drop shipper to sell their product online she was very vague. She told me to get a hold of them and tell them I am a marketer. To me that tells me nothing. I also found out recently through someone that you are suppose to get with your state to see if there is a license or certificate that you need. Stores Online never told us that. I also found in small print that in a year to be able to still go on their website we would have to pay 100.00 for each website that we have. I bought 6 thats 600.00 to be able to still go on their site. I also don't have any websites up and running. I did report them to the BBB and they excepted my complaint and said that Stores Online needs to contact them by 6-7-06 I have not heard from either one of them. I would like them to cancel my contract and give me my money back for a refund. I did contact Stores Online before I went to the BBB and they said that their was nothing they could do. I feel that I have been ripped off and cannot afford it and they just don't care. I think that the companies should not be allowed to put consumers under contracts. They are taking out 274.00 through Duvera for my websites which will total almost 6,000.00 dollars and I have nothing for it. I will send the websites back to them to resell I just want my money refunded and out of the contract. We did get new cards and Duvera cannot get into my account so they have not been recieving anymore money but now they are threatening me and I have contacted Duvera to let them now what is going on. If you could help me I would appreciate it. I am just trying to be able to stay at home with my son and work from home. I will be contacting the BBB to see if they heard from Stores Online I have sent them emails but no response as of yet. I cannot afford to keep paying them I am afraid I might lose everything that I have.   THANK YOU BETH SEIDEL
