I am writing this in hopes that the FTC will reconsider the regulations purposed in this rule. I can honestly tell you that my business will suffer and my potential for growth with become belittled as this rule passes. Persons are able to purchase and enter contracts for many other products without the complications and waiting periods that are purposed in this ruling. As a my business ethics are well practiced as this company also follows strict ethical principles in terms of integrity and honesty in dealing with clients. As a businessman and fellow American, please, I urge you, do NOT pass this ruling in its current form. Thank you! Christopher Knox
