Subj: 16 CFR Part 437 FTC/Proposed Rulemaking, Business Opportunity Rule This proposal appears ridiculous to me--Do we not have more important issues to pursue in our country?? This proposed 16 CFR Part 437 appears to require extremely unreasonable standards and hardship for those who would be affected. (What would the benefits be...and why can we not leave well enough alone?)
