As a leader in this direct sales division of The Body Shop, I receive a nice paycheck for sponsoring others into this business and helping them to make an income. While other companies are laying people off, I offer an opportunity to others to start their own business for very little investment, develop business skills, activate their self esteem, and because our company is relatively new, have an opportunity for growth with a company that has high moral values. Please tell me what is wrong with that? What you are proposing with this new rule, will cause many complications and I believe dissuade others who might otherwise be interested and have potential .There are some people in direct sales who become bitter and blame the company because of their lack of committment and lack of hard work.Very few direct sales companies deceive their consultants. It is easier to blame the company than to look at yourself and say, "I didn;t do the work or attend trainings" Please reconsider this rule., Many women in this country would love the ability to work from home and still give their families a priority and home based direct sales does this for them. This rule ties our hands and complicates our business. Much of the enthusiasm a new recruit has is because she is around positive people encouraging her in the business. We do not deceive our potential recruits. We let them know what they put into it is what they will get out of it. People who do not know the business look at it negatively and could squash the interest of someone in the first seven days with negativity. Please rethink this and let let us continue to enrich potential entrepeneurs lives.!!
