I would like to express my concern to the proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993. My husband has already sent a letter in this regards, but I want to echo my feelings too. 1. I have been in a business for the last 15 months that has not only helped us in our family finanical situation but it has others too. 2. The seven day waiting period will certainly cast doubts upon the validity of the business as well as making the administrative part essentially unable to be done. This will also cause unnecessary delays in getting the product out to those that need and can benefit from the product. 3. The litigation reporting would not tell of those that did not win along with those that did win. 4. To give out the information on those that have signed up or those that have dropped out would be to breech the privacy that most of us today hold so dear to our hearts. 5. To give out the earnings that we make would certainly not be in our own interest for our privacy. I do appreciate your consideration as to my views. I realize that there are those that do fraudulent things, but the rules for this proposal would do more to unfairly target the legitimate direct selling businesses. Thank you for your time and effort in this regards. Nancy Hughes
