re Business Opportunity Rule, Matter No. R511993 In my opinion, if you make this so called "Business Opportunity Rule into law, you will hurt and not help this economy. Governmental interference will only lead to enslavement of opportunity and not freedom. Why are you tinkering with a system that provides a living for countless small business people and that really pays your salary. Do you want to bite the very hand that is feeding you?
