Your proposal would limit small individuals and small companies from conducting business in a cost effective way while allowing large companies to put down the voices of those who are interested in natural solutions to health issues. Small distributors wish to make a living sharing those options which do not have two page warnings about side effects that drugs can cause. This is not about protecting the consumer, this is about protecting big business. What is happening to the small business person in this country? He/she is being eaten alive by big business and government regulations. This is one more step towards this end.
