I fully understand the FTC's concerns regarding fraud, however, there are areas of much greater concern than direct selling. Also, the proposed legislation will not guarantee that fraud will not occur. Actually, it will hinder the ability of the honest entrepenure to do business; while providing the fraudulant individual(s) a blanket to cover illegal activities. I am against this new legislation.
