Please don't over-regulate us and always make it impossible for the little guy to earn a living. In this area, over-regulation has killed opportunities in expresso carts - only wealthy individuals or established chains can afford to build now. The effort to regulate our online/in-home business will kill us! Please be sensitive to us instead of big business and government interference!
