Small business does not need more governament paperwork. Most of us are fighting to keep our businesses open and provide fair employment for our workers. As the government paper work increases, we must either absorb this cost or increase the cost of our goods and services to pay for this. This restriction on contacting potential customers in multi level business and the paperwork is totally something no one but a professional politician would think of. It serves no purposes but waste private and public resources as someone must in government must handle and file this paper work..
