Time and time again I have seen laws not work because they are only enforced only on the good guys. The bad guys do not care what laws you pass - there is always a way around them. The CAN spam act is a perfect example! So is our child porn laws, anti gambling laws and a whole array of other useless laws that you pass! I constantly see big business and property owners thumbing their noses at government because they know that you are not enforcing the laws that are already on the books. Please start doing something that counts - like putting law breakers in jail, where they belong! Start making law breakers pay back the money they have taken - not to the court system but to the people who it was taken from. Stop making the rest of us pay their tab. Stop making it harder and harder for law abiding citizens to make a living! Get out of the pockets of big business like the chemical and drug companies and start really doing what we want you to do! You work for US - WE THE PEOPLE - THE MASSES THAT PAY YOUR REDICULOUSLY HIGH WAGES! DO NOT PASS THIS LAW OR ANY OTHERS LIKE IT AND PLEASE, CLEAN UP YOUR OWN HOUSE BEFORE YOU TRY TO CLEAN UP OURS!
