I strongly oppose the Business Opportunity Rule, R511993. This rule puts an unnecesary burden on businesses and make is much difficult to give people an business opportunity that is appealing. I have worked countless hours and have spent my own money to make a successful business and would find it difficult to continue my business under these new rules.
