I strongly oppose the proposed regulations in the "Business Opportunity Rule, Matter No. R511993". I am a distributor at a very low level and it would cause great difficulty in growing a business opportunity and I would probably have to desist. I have MS and cannot get out and need to do a business at home and Young Living Essential Oils offers me that opportunity. I sincerely request you do not pass these regulations. Thank you.
