I am starting a business on line and find this proposal as cumberson and restrictive. I cannot provide 10 people I have done business with when I am just beginning. Catch 22. The anti-spam law did very little to stop those determined to do their dirty deeds and this will be the same. I will not cast my vote for an adiminstration that supports such an outlandish proposal that endentures the individual to work for the big companies at their meager wages. What became of capitalism?
