"Business Opportunity Rule, R511993" I do not support the implementation of the above ruling. There is a Catch-22 in this ruling. If you require a business to provdie 10 current customers, this would prevent any new business from getting off of the ground. Also, most customers don't want to be bothered with people calling them to check on a product. I wouldn't. Also, the parties who abuse the system now, will continue to abuse the system now as they do with the Federal CAN_SPAM act. I still get tons of emails yearly and report them, but that has not stopped the number coming into my email box. These are just two aspects that make this ruling anti-small business and will hurt the economy because smal businesses will be imposssible to start. Please do your job and police the industry yourself and go after those who rip people off. Thanks for your time.
