Donna and Richard Sayler June 6, 2006 Federal Trade Commission/Office of the Secretary, Room H-135 (Annex W) 600 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW Washington, DC 20580 Re: Business Opportunity Rule, R511993 Dear Sir or Madam: I am writing to express STRONG OPPOSITION to the proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993. I understand that it is the responsiblilty of the FTD to protect the public from "unfair and deceptive acts of practices," but the rule as proposed would make it vitually impossible for me to continue my business. Does the Government really want MORE people relying on it for financial support. Why not allow us business owners to continue being involved in promoting the nation's economy? We have been a Shaklee Distributor for more than 32 years. Originally, We became a Shaklee Distributor because we love the Company's nutritional/personal care/household products and have been able to support our family promoting an ethical company with superior, high quality products. WHAT HAPPENED TO FREE ENTERPRISE IN AMERICA? Most Sincerely, Donna and Richard Sayler
