The direct selling and entreprenurial efforts of small busnesses in this county would be unnecessarily burdened with the passage of R511993. THere are more than enough regulations for small businesses, direct sellers, etc. I implore you not to add another layer of beaurocracy to the government AND added roadblocks to an industry that is responsible for employment for millions of people.
