The ruling does not pass the common sense test. Please stop it before a huge blunder is made. The 7 day requirement should come after purchasing/joining - not before. Otherwise the entire commerce will be ruined. Give the legitimate companies a chance to do business. No other industry has to warn people 7 days before - but globally most companies allow for a return and cancellation period 7 after the transaction. It is good enough for the rest of the world's economies, why not ours? Imagine having to wait 7 days before we could buy food, gas, medicine, furniture, TVs or any other products??!!! Like I said, the FTC proposal is a bureaucratic nightmare that just does not make any kind of common, ordinary business sense!
