I am writing this letter because I am concerned that if proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993 is adopted in its present form, my livelihood as a Nature's Sunshine distributor will be significantly undermined. I am involved in this business in many ways. It has aided the financial stability of my family. Also, this proposed rule would be infringing upon American's freedoms. If this rule passed the load of extra paperwork and waiting period for enrollment along with other overbearing pieces of this proposal would literally sqwash my business. I love what I do and what my family does and this proposed rule is misguided and unnecessary to the companies it would involve. Please oppose this rule: Business Opportunity Rule R511993 as it is written. Sincerely,
