To the FTC: In an effort to reduce fraud, you are burdening legitimate small businesses with this proposal. A 7 day waiting period is appropriate for gun ownership - not an independent business! And in any legitimate business, the prospect has a 3 day period in which to withdrawl their application for a business. I believe this proposal will also impact the booming Home based business sector - a growing segment of the small business community which is bringing in a nice profit and tax base. If you pressure people to NOT start their own business, this source of tax base will be reduced. Thank you,
