Bill R511993 (The Business Opportunity Rule) will hurt the economy severly because many independant business owners/independent product consultants in the direct selling industry wil be effected drastically. The more hassels required, the less money business owners make, thus the less money they spend in the economy. the Direct Selling Industry/Network Marketing Industry will be devastated by this new proposal. There are a few companies that make the other several hundred of us look bad. Please reconsider R511993
