Dear Sirs, I am against the proposed rule or (NFR) R511993. It would have a devastating impact on my direct selling buisness. The 7 day waiting is unfair as it causes unneccessary delay and more record keeping. When buying cars and other more costly items, a waiting period is not required. Nature's Sunshine business is more than adequately able and does police itself by remedying any and all complaints. It complies with all applicable buy back requirements ( as I have experience with) and makes it easy for individuals to exit the Company. FTC would be doing a great injustice to the consuming public who are trying to start their own buisness and earn extra money as we would be overregulated and have interferance in the free enterprise process. I believe this proposed new rule has many unintended consequences and should not be passed. Sincerely,
