Comments:
The Shaklee Corporation has a 50 year reputation of honesty and integrity. It is this reputation that current Shaklee distributors take pride in and prospective distributors will look to when deciding to join the Shaklee family. Cumbersome paperwork requirements such as those involved in the proposed legislation will deter concentration away from the tremendous opportunities offered by a Shaklee in-home business. It would seem a better use of the legislators' time to focus on means to prosecute those companies which have taken advantage of distributors and consumers and been the subject of numerous documented complaints to better business bureaus and the attorney general's offices.
