Passing the Business Opportunity Rule would seriously cripple those of us in business for ourselves. It is the responsibility of the individual to closely examine ANY investment. The rules you are proposing would severely diminish most any possibility of inviting one to participate in one's organization. We are making efforts to SIMPLIFY the opportunity for someone to make extra income, earn a decent living and still stay at home, preserving the family and fuel, rather than discouraging them with loads of goo gaw requirements. This is a bad idea. DO NOT PASS THIS RULE.
