I strongly oppose the Business Opportunity Rule!! Should this rule become law, many individuals and small coupanies would be unfairly disadvantaged. Network marketing is a valid, honest and worthy way of doing business! This is a very good way individuals without college degrees can become financially successful. Don't place unnecessary hardships on these individuals. With this people-helping-people type of business, education is most often available from individuals upline. Some of these upline educators have college degrees but many do not. These educators have learned from self study and others in their upline with whom they share similiar dreams of success. I reiterate, this is an honest way of doing business! Don't make it more difficult for these folks who are trying to better themselves financially and finding success that they may not have without this viable opportunity. This is a freedom that this country and the Federal Trade Commission should honor!
