Absolutely opposed to proposed rule as infringement of privacy and as negative for anyone having or building a direct sales business. For example, Shaklee Corporation, one company I am most familiar with distributing its products via direct sales, has a solid reputation in direct sales for over 50 years, with an Advisory Board of nationally and internationally prestigious scientists and medical leaders, and is based on research published in peer-reviewed journals.I believe this legislation could be financially and ethically ruinous to this fine organization, adding to very real fears of identity theft.
