To whom it may concern; I am very concerned about the pending Business Opportunity Rule because it will have a HUGE impact on my business and lifestyle. I have been an independent Distributor for Market America for 4 years. I focus most of my attention of distributing one of our products, website solutions, to local area businesses. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. I think this is important. I also replaced my income within 2 months of being in the business. I have helped many others duplicate my efforts and this has created additional income their families rely on. Every business across the board has an attrition rate. Market America has a distributor base of approximately 150,000. I know Market America has a lower attrition rate than most ANY Direct Sales Company, because people earn a solid income and we do so honestly. We work hard and our customers are happy with our products. I used to work in a large Albertson’s Distribution Center with an employee base of approximately 300 and a 150% attrition rate. Can you imagine if Albertson’s had to supply a list of every employee that had quit or got fired over the past 2 years. It would certainly be an undue burden. The same would be true for me. I work hard, I am honest and I have a great deal of integrity. I take a lot of pride in myself, my business and my ability to help others replace their incomes working from home too. I understand there are some unscrupulous people in the Networking industry, and that is true of EVERY industry. I do not agree with their history, but don’t make the honest, hard working people like myself (and those in my business) pay for their mistakes. I am asking that you NOT pass the Business Opportunity Rule in its current form. This is very harsh and will have a negative effect on Millions of honest people. My life and the lives of millions of Americans will certainly be affected in a very bad way. It would essentially be like flushing my business and livelihood down the drain. In advance I appreciate and pray for your understanding.
