I believe the proposed legislation (Business Opportunity Rule R511993) would cause a difficult enough burden to seriously discourage home businesses in America. This legislation could effect millions of part-time and full-time home businesses and lower the spending power of those households. I strongly advocate against the passing of this Rule.
